To provide the best legal advisory services in accordance with the Federal Constitution and the law, while taking into account Government policies and public interest.

• To advise the Honourable Minister of Health and the Ministry of Health as a whole on legal matters.
• To carry out any legal-related assignments referred to this Office from time to time.

• To provide legal advice or opinions.
• To review or draft Bills and subsidiary legislation (new and amendments).
• To review and draft Agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
• To coordinate civil cases.
• To monitor prosecution cases.
